Group Counselling
Groups offer something individual therapy can’t: the chance to be part of a shared story. Relationships, grief, addiction, identity- none of these live in isolation. They take shape in connection with others, in webs of meaning and experience.
Groups give us a place to slow down together, to name what hurts, what’s changing, and what we still hope for. Some people come in the middle of a crisis. Others come looking for connection, for a way to make sense of things that feel too heavy to carry alone.
Groups That Emerge From What Hurts — and What Heals
These aren’t canned programs. Each group grows out of what I see people wrestling with most: grief, addiction, identity, trauma, loneliness, and the search for belonging.
We don’t gather to fix each other. We gather to witness. To speak honestly. To sit in the mess, and in the moments of hope.
Over time, something shifts in that space. Stories start making more sense. Isolation gives way to recognition. People leave feeling a little more human, a little less alone.

What Happens in Group
A Central Theme
Each group centers on a core topic, such as hopefulness, grief, or belonging. Over several weeks, we explore different facets of that theme together.
The Process
This isn’t a lecture or a class. Each session begins with a focus for the week, then we talk together about how it shows up in your lives. I guide the conversation when needed, ask questions, and help the group notice patterns and insights as they emerge.
Your Role
You bring your experiences, your questions, your stories. The group works because people are willing to share what’s real for them and listen to what’s real for others.
The Goal
The goal is connection. We come together to share our experiences, to be seen and heard, and to remember we’re not alone in what we carry. When life isolates us, it’s easy to believe we’re the only ones who feel this way. In the group, we start to see differently: we’re human, we belong, and we don’t have to carry it all by ourselves.
You Belong Here If You Want
A place to talk about things that feel too heavy to carry alone.
Connection with people who get it — or at least want to try.
A space that isn’t about advice or quick fixes, but real conversation.
To hear other people’s stories and share your own when you’re ready.
A group where honesty and hope can exist in the same room.
